All the units are ground floor with roller shutter door access, some with an integrated personnel door. A metered electricity supply is provided and charged monthly, telephone or Internet services can be provided upon request. A car parking space is also included with each unit, further spaces can be provided subject to negotiation. There are several security features in place, including 24 hour CCTV and a secure gated entrance to the site.

Unit sizes vary from 200 Sq Ft (19 SqM) to 10,000 Sq Ft (930 SqM) with possible flexibility for larger units.

The site is conveniently located just off the M60 Manchester Ring Road offering tenants good transport links to Manchester and beyond.
